Terms of Use

Version 2026-10, effective 1 October 2026.

1. Who provides the app

Finvolve is provided by Finvolve Ventures LLP (LLPIN ACM-5260), UG 06, MGF Metropolis Mall, Mehrauli Gurugram Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. We are a technology service provider to the managers of the funds listed on our Regulatory Disclosures page. We are not a SEBI-registered intermediary, we do not manage or advise on any fund, and we do not distribute units.

2. Who may use it

Finvolve is for investors already onboarded with one of those funds, and for wealth managers who have an agreement with us. You must be at least 18 years old. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

3. What the app is, and is not

The app is a view over the fund’s records and a channel for notices and consents. It is not an offer, solicitation or investment advice. Figures shown are for information, may be provisional, and are subject to the fund’s own statements. The Private Placement Memorandum, contribution agreement and other fund documents prevail over anything in the app.

4. Your account

Keep your login, OTPs and device secure, and tell us promptly if your device is lost or you suspect misuse. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours, including electronic consents and signatures recorded with their time, device and IP address.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The app and its content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or change the app, and may suspend an account for misuse or where the law requires. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from information being provisional, delayed or from events beyond our control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes between an investor and a fund or its manager are governed by that fund’s contribution agreement and Private Placement Memorandum, including its grievance and arbitration provisions. See Grievance Redressal.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will post new versions here and ask you to accept them in the app where required.
