Who operates Finvolve
Finvolve is operated by Finvolve Ventures LLP (LLPIN ACM-5260), UG 06, MGF Metropolis Mall, Mehrauli Gurugram Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122002.
Finvolve Ventures LLP is a technology service provider. It does not hold a SEBI, RIA, AMFI or ARN registration and is not an investment manager, adviser or distributor of the funds. It provides IT support to the funds’ managers and shares common promoters with them. The funds are managed by the investment managers named below, not by Finvolve Ventures LLP.
